Happy Holidays 2010

Greetings;

Wishing you and your family a Happy Holiday Season 2010! I am excited about the upcoming year, 2011. It promises to be an exciting year for Street Lit with the publication of two (2) readers advisory texts, focusing exclusively on the genre. Megan Honig's text is now on sale via major book retail outlets and vendors. My book is scheduled for publication by Spring 2011. I will announce when it is available for pre-order.

Another endeavor I am looking forward to for 2011, is the first official awarding of the 2010 Street Lit Book Award Medal. I am looking to announcing the award (showcasing 2010 publications) around March 2011. If you have title suggestions and/or want to be on the Street Lit Book Award Selection Committee, please email me, or DM me on Twitter.

I'd like to have the committee formed by January 31, 2011 - meet online during February 2011, and announce awards by March 2011. The committee will be 5 members - thus, 4 slots are open. It should be fun!

What are you reading for the Holiday Season this year? I am reading the following:

Thank you for all of your support this year. See you next year - I am looking forward to posting commentary and articles about some very exciting things. Happy New Year!
